Hotel 105 — Hotel in Liverpool

Shocking customer service. Arrived at 9.30pm. Was given a virtual key that didn't work opening the room. Phoned several times with no answer. Finally the security company I called arrived at 11.30pm they mentioned the hotel manager was made aware I couldn't get into the room but made no effort to resolve the problem. The security conpany confirmed the virtual key didnt work but was unable to provide me with a key for the room so i decided to find an alternative hotel at midnight. No formal apology given by hotel. A refund was awarded but nevertheless would not support a place that wasted 3 hours of my time at the late hours of the night without sending an apology. Don't waste your time here, there are many better options...

Stayed for 6 nights whilst attending my Party Conference, stayed in a double room on the second floor, really nice room, well equipped and has everything you need.

The staff are amazing, had an issue with the lock on the door one evening (needed a battery replacement so the key card could work) it was dealt with swiftly and no problem after that. The lady working reception that evening was awesome, one of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet.

The only down side to the hotel is that it doesn't have a lift, so there's a lot of stairs to climb, other than that it's the best place I've stayed in...

My girlfriend booked us into the Boudoir for a night and it was nice and especially suitable for spending a night there. The room was small but pleasant and had all the necessary requirements. The bed was comfortable and room was warm once I had figured out the heating remote. The only thing I would like to see is a little more efficient staff who said they were coming to sort out the heating system but did not show. That wasn't very customer service like was it. Alex polizzi would not have been pleased.. overall not a bad...
