Aesop — Local services in London

After months of traveling, running out of toner and just life things, etc., my skincare routine was virtually nonexistent. With a flight leaving the next day I urgently visited Aesop for my second time ever and was even more pleased this time.

Calm and collected even with my limited time, Ope was an incredible help— efficient, kind, attentive, and just purely friendly. 🥹

We discussed my current situation and Ope not only found a different more suitable replacement for the toner, but educated us on the products through and through.

For the first time in a while I feel confident about what I'm putting on my skin without losing the effectiveness of more chemical-y/intense items.

I didn't feel like I upsold, I feel upgraded and ready to reestablish my routine in a healthier way.

Really nice store and very clean First time going to an Aesop store after hearing very good reviews. Lady started off being really nice and showing us some products however as soon as we mentioned we were flying home and unable to purchase most of the products we were looking at due to hand luggage, she became so disinterested and honestly would hardly even look at us. We just wanted to try out the brand and then we could get it from our local store at home. Don’t think there’s much harm done, I understand staff have targets but in my workplace If I became disinterested in a customer I would get in a lot of trouble! I was walking with a friend around covent garden on Sunday 17th and i stopped to browse (with the new COVID social distancing measurements) mainly on the site. I ask a few questions about some product to the staff there, i wish i got her name because she was so helpful and knowledgable, i felt her positive energy and how much she loved her job! i had. to praise her because it definitely made my day brighter, when you can see people that they have such an enthusiastic personality and positive mind.
