From the moment we walked in, Fahzia made us feel welcomed and special, guiding us through the entire process with grace and expertise.

Read moreMy partner and I are regular customers at Jo Malone and decided to pop into our local shop (Covent Garden) to have a sniff around the new fragrances. We were greeted by a slightly unenthusiastic lady (who proceeded to look me up and down) who explained to us very clearly at the front door that the store is now a 'no touch policy'. Of course, my partner and I complied and requested to smell a few scents. This lady then, rather rudely, handed us 2 test papers whilst covering her hands with a tissue and almost looking away from us. We were confused what to do as we were told not to touch anything. She then left our service without saying a word and we began to explore the smells ourselves. Another super sweet asian lady (I apologise we didn't get your name) explained to us that we can't pick up the bottles on display and that she would help us. She was so friendly and incredibly helpful and we were delighted by her service. It was a shame the other lady was so unfriendly and rude - something I didn't expect from Jo Malone's image. I got the idea she was judging our looks and therefore looking down on us being in there. It's almost as if some of the staff have forgotten they're on £8 an hour. Read moreI visited this branch yesterday with my daughter to purchase a candle, it was very busy in there and I could see the man called Viet who worked there was talking through the products to a couple. When he served us he was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the products. He understood what we were looking for & tried his best to help. We purchased a candle and I was impressed how considerate he was with ensuring that the gift was presented well to represent the company. He carefully gift wrapped the candle and put in the box with ribbon and finished placing in a Jo Malone gift bag. His service was exceptional & should be recognised for his hard work to the company. Normally I would not write many reviews but considering the pressure he must be under in a busy store, he gave everyone he served 100 percent whilst we were there , so we asked him his name to do this review.
