He offered advice on how different settings pair with wedding bands, highlighting the thoughtful design of Beverley Hills Jewellers' pieces to ensure that notch cutting and soldering wasn't required for the setting he presented.

Kate (Manager) was also amazing in sourcing diamond which matched my specific criteria. I am very grateful for her dedication in sourcing a beautifully cut diamond which scintillates brilliantly even on a cloudy day. On a sunny Thursday, we headed along Hatton Gardens looking for a diamond necklace, slightly overwhelmed by the amount of jewellers, after one hour, I said to my mum "let's only look at places with a good shop window from now on" and looked at BHL. I saw a guy appear and thought, oh god another sales person to bother us.

I was taken by a necklace and the gentlemen said, 'if you would like any help please let me know' and disappeared. Gauged that we wanted to purely look. This gentlemen, Everest provided patience and exceptional customer service when I went to try a few pieces on. I had no idea that day, I would be gifted a diamond, a forever piece. We hesitated slightly, there was no pressure and I knew this elegant design wasn't in the other shops. All the other chains were slightly old fashioned.
