Ever since I settled into Bloom, it's been like finding a slice of paradise right here in London. The amenities are simply fantastic. There's a delightful swimming pool perfect for sunny days, various lounges catering to every whim, a fully-equipped gym to keep you active, and an enchanting orangery that feels like it's been plucked from a storybook – especially if you have a soft spot for plants. And even more that I haven't even got to discover yet.
The apartments themselves are not only spacious but also cleverly designed. Every inch is utilized to maximize both functionality and comfort, making coming home an absolute joy.
But what truly elevates Bloom is its amazing staff. From the friendly faces at reception – Matteo, Jen, and Samandre – to the diligent team in maintenance – Owen and Mohammed – and the ever-watchful Cata and Michael from Security, - and the kind and cheerful Richard from housekeeping, they all go above and beyond. From the moment I stepped foot in the building, they've made me feel right at ease, which made a world of difference during the initial adjustment period. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help have been invaluable.
Living in this vibrant area is another fantastic aspect, with countless amenities nearby and the iconic Battersea Power Station within walking distance. It's a hub of culture, history, and art, all conveniently close by.

They market themselves as offering a luxurious experience, yet despite the amenities, I have found myself without the most basic essentials, like water and competent management more times than I should have.
In the 12 months I’ve lived here, there have been at least three major water outages leaving my flat without water. It’s not unusual to go more than 12 hours with no access at all. When management is alerted, instead of issuing proper communication to residents, every single person affected has to individually report the problem to reception. And even once they know it’s a widespread issue, they still fail to send out a building-wide notice explaining the cause, what they’re doing to fix it, or when we can expect updates. This is the most basic level of customer service, yet instead I’m met with hollow apologies, finger-pointing, and a complete lack of accountability.
Respectfully, the rent here is EXTORTIONATE. At the very least, that should guarantee consistent access to water and a management team capable of quickly resolving major issues.

Read moreI rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to write one here. While Bloom offers impressive amenities and high-quality living, what truly sets it apart is the people — especially the incredible sense of community.
I’ve lived in several residences with concierge and security services, but ironically, they often fell short — providing only the bare minimum / failing to enforce proper security measures (honestly, I felt I could’ve done a better job myself).
At Bloom, however, ONE individual stands out above all: Madalin, a member of the concierge team. He consistently goes above and beyond for residents — assisting with everything from parcel deliveries to building security — and does it all with professionalism, care, and unwavering dedication.
Madalin essentially performs the work of two people — and does it better than both! He actively monitors both Bloom buildings, ensures a real security presence, and is always available and responsive. Not just that, he doesn’t stop until problems are fully resolved!
I’m not being paid to say this — just a resident who genuinely appreciates what Madalin brings to our community. I know I’m not alone in saying that many of us would be extremely disappointed if Bloom ever lost such an exemplary team member.
