Bobby's Flowers — Local services in London

Hi, I usually come to your stand about once or twice a week as I work in the bank area and always get a flowers from here but today I’ve had the worst experience. The worker told me a higher price than usual and I kindly asked him how’s it gone higher by £10 than usual as spend around £30-£50 each visit, today I saw a very cute small one but he was charging £40 this didn’t make sense to me I told him I come here often he did lower the price but also said we aren’t making money here I have to charge high.

This didn’t sit on my chest right as yes I understand everywhere is having financial difficulties but why try scam customers I did tell him I won’t be coming back he smiled in my face and said okay.

To be honest if he really did care about the sales and boosting the revenue he shouldn’t have turned me away like that this wasn’t very professional of him it’s quite rude actually.

I definitely won’t be back to get my Mrs flowers...

I did a google search for a florist locally to the recipient and came across Bobby's Flowers. I called through to Bobby at 2.40pm to see if they could arrange an urgent local delivery. Bobby was out so he took all of my details and asked a colleague to call me back which happened in minutes. The bouquet was subsequently in the hands of the recipient within 50 minutes.

The service I received was exceptional. There's no other word for it and would not hesitate to use again or recommend.

Cannot recommend this place enough! I was in a time sensitive situation and needed some flowers delivered the same day! The customer service over the phone was excellent and my order was placed within minutes.
