Lush Cosmetics Cheapside — Local services in London

I’m going to review the features within this store and then give my overall review. Starting with:

Customer service: I’ve had my fair share of good customer service before, but I think this store has some of the friendliest customer assistants I’ve seen in London so far. Not only were members of staff friendly and welcoming, but they were also very attentive and provided great guidance regarding the plethora of products in the store and on display. As this was my first time within the store, this experience pretty much cements my positive outlook towards the store.

Products: This store is deceptively small. From the outside it looks pretty small, but once you take a step inside you’ll see how JAM PACKED with cosmetic goods ranging from simples soaps and bath bombs to solid perfumes, scrubs, conditioners, etc. To try and list it all would be a futile attempt, but based on what I saw, it seems like they’ve pretty much got everything they sell online within the store. Furthermore, the products they have are phenomenal to say the least. Not only do they smell good and are actually good for you, but they’re hand-made, organic and cruelty free – I mean honestly the list goes on…no really, it does, check they’re website if you don’t believe me.

Atmosphere/Look: Whether you know what this store is about or not – there’s no denying how eye-catchingly beautiful it is. The store’s exterior is only overshadowed by its interior beauty as its extensive range of vibrant cosmetic products make for a sweeping colour scheme that is nothing short of delightful.

Summary: I have nothing but good things to say about this store and honestly I’d highly recommend it – their products are a great alternative to ones offered in other store and well worth...

Just amazing! No words can describe how surprised I was when I got home and finally looked into the bag. We paid for 4 item in the store and little that I knew until I looked later on this evening that there’s 6 items in the bag and a lovely little ‘kindness pay it forward’ card inside. This is so sweet and kind of her in so many ways. At the point of paying, Poppy asked if I brought anything for myself and of course being a mum of 2 young girls, I did not and said I’m just happy with my pret. So this gesture of kindness means so much to me it’s unbelievable! THANK YOU SO MUCH POPPY!

Lovely Poppy welcomed me and my daughter at this store. We were looking at the bath bombs for my daughters and she introduced us to the bubble bar which are amazing and demonstrated it to my daughter and I. Yes it sold me as there’s no plastic bottles involved, just breaking a bit of the bar and crumbling it into running water forming the bubbles and colour. Poppy was so patient with my 7yr old daughter with the demo of bubble bar it’s so sweet. We will definitely revisiting this...

Stopped in at Lush Cheapside to pick up some birthday gifts for my best friend and had the most delightful experience. From the moment I stepped inside, the vibrant colors, enticing aromas, and friendly staff made me feel welcome and excited to explore.

A huge shoutout to Bryony who helped me navigate the extensive selection. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and provided excellent recommendations tailored just for me. Her passion for Lush's ethical, handmade cosmetics made the visit that much more enjoyable.

I also got an extra product as part of Lush’s “Random Acts of Kindness” project, and I was so pleasantly surprised to know about this movement from Lush.

Between the amazing products and stellar customer service from Bryony, I left with the perfect assortment of gifts my friend is sure to love. An all-around refreshing experience - I can't wait to...
