I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Boots pharmacy at Jubilee Place, Canary Wharf, and I cannot commend the team enough for their exceptional service. Faced with a demanding work schedule, I was struggling to book an appointment for Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM) as referred by my GP. After contacting several pharmacies without success, I reached out to this Boots location and spoke with pharmacist Jenny, who went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. She not only assisted me in scheduling the appointment at a convenient time but also took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, ensuring I was well-prepared.
When I arrived at the pharmacy, I was greeted by another pharmacist, Helen, whose politeness and friendliness immediately put me at ease. She expertly set up the ABPM device, provided clear instructions, and made certain I was comfortable before leaving. The professionalism and genuine care exhibited by both Jennie and Helen transformed what could have been a stressful experience into a seamless and pleasant one.

Hilariously Bad Customer Service - top to bottom.
I almost never post reviews. But this was woeful.
I ordered photos to be printed at this store. I arrived at around 4.30pm on April 8th.
The lady at the front told me the photo printers were at far back. I fiddled around with QR code/manual for about 5mins before going back to the same lady, who then told me the machine wasn't working... I ask what I do to print my photo, she instructs me to visit another boots store, but can't recommend any locations.
I see the manager so I ask him whats going on with photo printing at Boots. He says they have nothing to do with photo printing at their store. Not their responsibility. 3rd party. But I should call the number on the machine to speak to support. I go back to machine - no number. I go back to manager, ask him whether I can print at another shop. He says absolutely not, photos are store specific.
Essentially this means the lady I spoke to initially was sending me on a wild goose chase. She straight up just didn't care at all.
The manager was the most unhelpful senior shop staff I've met in some time.

Her knowledge of the products was impressive, and her advice was invaluable in helping me make informed decisions about what to purchase.
What's more, Zahra was incredibly warm and friendly throughout my entire visit. She made me feel welcome and at ease, and her customer service was exceptional. It's not often that you come across someone who takes such pride in their work and goes above and beyond to ensure that their customers are happy, but Zahra is certainly one of those people.
