After finishing my lunch in itsu, i was on my way back to work and started packing outside my belongings. And suddenly ununiformed guy started saying its for customers only. I said i am a customer i am finishing my eating. I checked history lanyard and it was security. Because i did not know who he was. He introduce himself as. Ahmed or Mahomet. Tall curly hair guy. He looked confused. I told him to speak with Spanish manager i spoke earlier if i was a customer. He recalled him but started threatening to call police, and ecict me. I decided to make a complaint. I went inside and told managers that they need to resolve this. But instead they said it was misunderstanding. While the security guy wsd still harassing me. I was in shock. I worked in security for 3 years and that's a conduct breach. When i tol that i am gonna ring head office about neither security stopping harassing me. Neither managers acknowledging that i was a customer and security harassed me for no reason. I hope owners read this. Because i am running a bussiness and this is just over the top damage to franchise. 1/5 so the owners speak with managers. The other manager girl tried to resolve but didn't have understanding of the situation too. ...
