A staff at the counter (the girl closest to the exit) this afternoon was quite rude. Just after she scanned all my items, I was waiting for her to get the POS payment thing ready and in the meantime starting to put what I bought in my bag (because the queue behind was long and I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time). To my surprise, she very explicitly put her hand on my items and said I couldn’t put anything in my bag until my payment goes through. I felt offended. Never in my life has any staff in any retailer did this to me or my friends. I also don’t understand the point of this. Even if (0.00001% chance) my payment doesn’t go through eventually, I wouldn’t run away from the exit but would instead just leave without taking anything of course. It’s a busy Saturday with so many eyes and the guard at the door. Why is she trained to do this to the customers? If she works at a restaurant, would she not allow her customers to eat unless they...

No refunds! Only exchange, and only in 14 days! What are you supposed to do with clothes you bought if it didn’t fit to your niece abroad? Get a flight back within 14 days?! What kind of a business is that? Affordable jewellery and superb design for teens. Clothes are one size, not for everyone, and overpriced for such quality. My experience is that I bought a necklace for my niece and was given a gift receipt, wanted to exchange it a little later with something else I saw but i was told they can’t exchange a necklace, even with a gift receipt! Staff don’t pay attention. Yesterday around 5pm the blonde girl wearing Ugg boots wasn’t facing/welcoming any customers who was going in. She had her back towards us. (Rude ?) I walked in to try on clothes and thought I could steal it under my shirt and no one would know 😔. Then I decided to go to her and say hi despite her being rude and she literally didn’t even smile or say hi back! She looked away. (Rude!) so I left it on the table to be nice and walked off. I’m very confused isn’t the workers meant to make people feel welcome do they not get basic training and does anyone not manage them ?
