To be honest the staff there is experienced and they are, I believe, top in their work. I was so excited with the Croatian guy. He has dyed my hair so well, he did a special hair cut and the blow dry after was, oh my God perfection. I looked like a model, he did an amazing job. He is very sociable too and he knows what a woman wants. He always asks you before trying anything on your hair and he is chatty. He shows that he cares and loves his job. It’s very rare to find hairdressers like these people here in any hair salon in London. Another young English guy did a good job too. I visited a shop with a voucher I bought and I was glad I tried, the results were amazing although I think the owner there is so disorganized. Her employees are doing their best and she’s ruining the business. Not only she gets confused with the appointments but also she tries to charge you more for everything in there. I was very upset when she overcharged me and I was so sad that I couldn’t enjoy my cool new hair. The poor guy didn’t get a tip from me because this woman charged me extra £120 which I wasn’t expected to pay!! That is the reason I never tried to do my nails there and go back for other things. I’m giving 5 star only because the service from the crew is exceptional. Just ask 1000 questions before you book anything and try to confirm and double, triple check, so you won’t feel disappointed afterwards. I had the worst experience of my life in that salon and I would recommend everyone to stay away from their hairdressers.

The hairdresser did not accommodate my wishes in the slightest, even though I provided pictures of my hair from a year before. What she did with my hair is indescribable, it’s so so awfully executed it’s not even blonde, it’s white: there are awful contrasts and it doesn’t look natural at all. It’s a job worth maybe £50 if performed by a student or smth, and not worth £330!!

The worst thing about the whole situation was the behaviour of the owner of this “reputable” salon. When I was trying to leave on the verge of tears, he tried to gaslight me, saying it looks exactly like a picture. I clearly communicated I wanted to leave and resolve it on the phone at a later time, he did not want to let me go and give me my jacket and my bag until I explained to him why I was so distressed, it felt rather hostile and extremely uncomfortable. He had a patronising attitude towards me and told me “to sleep on it”. I rang the salon on the same day when I finally felt better, asking for a refund and they told me it was possible but the owner had to handle it personally. THE OWNER REFUSED TO REFUND ME which is disgusting, considering I paid £330 for the worst experience of my life.

They also made me extremely uncomfortable as the other hairdressers and some of their clients were saying a lot of awful and xenophobic stuff towards ex employees, other clients and just some minorities in general. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON. They won’t...

I recently flew over from Florida. My first stop is always to get my hair done by Arch at Decadence. I wish I could take him back with me! Totally awesome hairdresser, he gives the most relaxing head massage (just what is needed after a long haul flight!) I had an amazing cut and blow dry! Arch always does a fabulous job and is so knowledgeable with all hair types and colouring. He always makes me feel and look fabulous!😍💇🏻‍♀️

I also had a fantastic gel polish manicure by Natalia . She was so sweet and gentle, offering lots of different up to date colors to choose from. The treatment room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely book in again on my return trip back to London. 💅

On my trip over I pulled a muscle in my leg so I booked a massage in with Vlad….it was wow!..:he knew exactly where my issue was, totally worked out so many kinks I had and by the next day my leg felt so much better. A great experience, Vlad is so knowledgeable about the body, he gave me some great advice. The treatment was was so relaxing and comfortable, I didn’t want to leave! He made me a lovely green tea to complete the session. I highly recommend Vlad. 🙌🏼

Overall a great five star experience, even from when I first stepped into the salon! I was greeted with a very warm welcome from Simon on reception.
