The experience I had with Orchidya turned out to be stressful and quite heartbreaking as it was for my wedding. First, when I called the day before, they said I should expect my flowers in the morning, despite the fact we had agreed later in the day (for a 6pm wedding). This was corrected (lucky I called!) but I'm sorry to say that my wedding bouquet was completely wrong, despite very clear instructions with pictures on email, followed up by phonecalls. I was so looking forward to my bouquet as I LOVE flowers, but both the shape, size and colours were wrong. They were quick to re-do the bouquet (and courier it to my hotel just in time!) to make the colours more agreeable, but even after redoing the bouquet, the shape was the same old-fashioned one that I so desperately didn't want, instead of the loose, 'boho' look that I had asked for multiple times. I'm absolutely heartbroken that I never had the bouquet I dreamed of...
