Excellent Quality and Service! My fiance and I thought we would try Elegance on Greville St after spending some time with another diamond wholesaler close by. I didn't have any high expectations and my initial thoughts were that they would try and do their best at persuading us to buy an expensive engagement ring to upgrade the one i had received several years ago. My attitude soon changed once we sat down with Sara. A lovely sales advisor who came across as very genuine and with the sole mission of giving us exactly what we wanted at the price and budget we could afford. We did not feel pressured in any way or rushed and we spent almost a whole afternoon looking at various engagement rings and discussing the exact design we had in mind and that which would suit. I thought the service was outstanding and we also got to meet and hear opinions of the rest of the team who were equally helpful and with the same attitude of wanting to please without being pushy. We purchased a beautiful engagement ring which was ordered and ready for collection around 3 weeks later. We were so pleased with the service, advice and experience given, that we decided to go back to Elegance to order our wedding rings. Before we did this we did visit several other jewellers in the area to compare, however none gave us the same sense of confidence or personal and genuine care that we had received at Elegance. We did find a design in a close by store for my fiance's wedding band that we really liked and after describing it to them, Elegance were able to replicate the design at a very competitive price and we placed the order for our bands. The finished rings were exactly what we had hoped for and we were extremely pleased! I remember that day when i went door to door searching for a proposal ring. Being a bloke, i was nervous and confused, thinking what if she doesn't like it. It was getting dark in the evening and i finally decided to go home. But then came across Elegance Jewellers shop and thought to give it a go. As i enetered the shop, all staff were busy serving customers but they looked at me and gave me a warm smile and asked if i can wait for couple of minutes. In 30 minutes i was out of the shop with a big smile on my face.

Sarwar understood what i was looking for and he went above and beyond explaining all the minute details. Next day i went to the shop again to finalise the ring shape and ordered similar looking wedding band. As a gesture of good will, Sarwar offered me ring boxes with lights in it.

It can be very daunting while shopping especially for diamonds. But Sarwar and rest of the staff at Elegance Jewellers made my shopping experience very memorable.

We decided to head down to Hatton Gardens to look for engagement rings, seems cliché but it was the first place we thought of for our engagement rings. We stopped off at a few shops and I soon got to grips with what we want and what’s a good diamond. I realised it should be a D or E in colour and a VS1 clarity was a bare minimum. Some of the establishments we stopped off at were so far off the mark with their valuations. Huge diamonds but poor clarity and colour meant we really weren't interested. As we had decided to call it a day, we happened to walk past Elegance Jewellers, who were about to close but happily let us in and take a look around. We were served by Sarwar; we seriously couldn't have asked for a better sales experience. Sarwar made us feel welcome and didn't hesitate to show us any of the diamonds and rings they had in the store. We soon made a decision and then the daunting 'price wars' were to start. There was nothing daunting about it, Sarwar was happy to deal and we were in a position to purchase. We soon met at a happy compromise, deposits were paid and we were ecstatic. We would highly recommend Elegance Jewellers if you are looking for any jewellery, the service, the price and the fact they went above and beyond the norm to make the purchase as trouble free as possible was a delight to work with.
