This florist made my day! They have a beautiful full selection and once we had picked out a few main blooms we wanted included, the man helping us put it all together with some greenery and extras. From watching him work/ seeing the finished product it's obvious that he has a lifetime of skill and experience that I am so blessed to benefit from. I have never seen such a beautiful bouquet in real life before and was so impressed!!! I honestly got scared my partner wouldn't be able to afford the final product but he only charged us £15!! Beautiful flowers! In town for a dear friend's wedding and decided to bring some flowers back for the new apartment the couple are moving into. We picked out two bunches of flowers that we thought were nice but the florist (we never got his name, oops!) offered to arrange them for us, giving us tidbits of advice for floral arranging along the way. When we realized there wasn't a vase at the new apartment he had one available for us to take with us, and even fitted it nicely in a bag so we could transport it back with ease. Received a bunch of flowers today as a gift, and the tulips and lilies were already drooping and passed their best. I called to complain and the gentleman offered to collect them and replace (after advising me that the purchaser had only paid £25 for them and that the florist would only be making £4 profit). A different gentleman then turned up but simply offered to remove the dying flowers. I mentioned that I'd been advised that the flowers would be replaced, and was told that the flowers would be taken away, but not replaced. Terrible service,...
