Fantastic show !, well worth it. theres extracts from the series and a few new gems to keep you entertained. if you've never seem Fawlty towers (This is how its really spelt) then you'll in for a great fun evening. if you know the scripts then you'll still find it entertaining.
The thing that lets it down is the hotel its self. The food is awful, I know we were not there for the food thats incidental to the show but a hotel of this so called quality should be abl to turn out a reasonable meal given the price of the ticket. Chicken over cooked, half a carrot, a few slices of potato. had to visit a burger bar on the way home. also the drinks are incredibly over priced, even for London it was abusively expensive. £33 for a bottle of wine that came from the cash and carry at £4.5. they even have the cheek to add £3 as a service charge, I asked the waitress if she got the tip and she said they dont. so that goes to the house!.
Eveyone on our table (ten of us) where commenting on the awful quality of the food and over priced drinks. we overheard someone else at the next table sending their food back and third time around asked to speak with the real hotel manager after the show.
The following is for the company that runs the shows;
It would be worth you ditching this hotel and finding another hotel with higher food quality standards. we estimate the house made ten thousand on the ticket price alone plus another five on over priced drinks. The hotel is hurting the reputation of the show, people dont like being ripped off and its not the shows fault that the host hotel has such low food quality standards coupled with over priced drinks. We went to a simular themed night with another show as its topic and the ticket price was £15 per person ess, the menu far higher standard and everyone was greated with a drink on arrival along with two bottles of red and white on each table and soft drinks on request. people felt they had good value for money and it was just as an amazing show as the actors in the fawlty towers show.
I bet the actors didnt earn much for their stardom and they worked very hard and without them there is no show and certaintly no one would choose this hotel for its food.
Consider using a public hall or one of the many scouting facilities crying out to be supported and bring in outside catering at a fraction of the cost, we do this for our events. we often cater for 150 people at £10 per head with a three course meal its easly done and the food is amazing. look around this hotel is awful. hireing tables & chairs is very reasonable and a fraction of hiring a function room in an over...

This is what they say online 😍
The Faulty Towers Dining Experience is an immersive and interactive show where actors portray the characters from the classic sitcom, creating a chaotic and hilarious dining experience. Guests enjoy a three-course meal and a welcome drink while interacting with Basil, Sybil, and Manuel as they navigate comedic mishaps, according to Buyagift and Visit Hull. The experience is highly improvised, and while food is served, the primary focus is on the interactive, comedic performance itself. What to expect Interactive comedy: The show is driven by the characters' well-known personalities from the show, leading to improvised, chaotic, and hilarious situations. Immersive experience: Guests are not just watching a show; they are part of the action and are treated as esteemed guests of the hotel. Three-course meal: A three-course meal is served during the two-hour show. Menu examples: The menu typically includes items like tomato and basil soup, roast chicken, or a vegan wellington, served with seasonal vegetables. Welcome drink: A complimentary welcome drink is included with your ticket. Who is it for? Fans of the TV show will find it particularly enjoyable as it recreates the classic gags. The experience is described as being suitable for the whole family, with all ages having attended and enjoyed it, notes LOVEtheatre. Important to know Book in advance: Because it's a popular show, it can sell out quickly, so it's recommended to secure tickets early, as mentioned by Visit Hull. Go with a sense of humor: The experience thrives on chaos and comedy, so a good sense of humor...
Read moreHonestly, I would rate this show just as an okay-ish experience where you shouldn’t go out of your way to see it. The show reenacts a few major events from tv series, like the famous rat chase, for example, mixed with some new stuff and some improv with the guests. The funniest stuff, however, happened before the dinner in the waiting area, when you get assigned your table. The show has some major downsides, in my opinion, that you should be aware of. For example, the tables are round and usually fully occupied, so it’s possible that you end up with your back to the action, though you don’t get assigned a certain seat just a table, so make sure you choose the right viewing angle to sit. The dining area is pretty stretched and a few of the better improv jokes might happen on far-away tables where you have a hard time catching a glimpse of the action. But the most disappointing part was how they mischaracterise the role of Manuel for large parts of the show. While the TV Manuel is a humble, maybe slightly dimwitted, hard-working guy who’s overwhelmed by the language barrier, the show’s Manuel is portrayed many times as an utterly stupid and lazy person, as a cheap punchline for cheap gags.
Everybody had a skinless chicken half with potatoes and vegetables for dinner, with a tomato soup as a starter and a piece of pie for dessert. You get asked if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, though. The food wasn’t that bad, but nothing special either. There are multiple decanters of water on the table, but you have to leave the room and head for the hotel bar to get anything...
