Actually devastated they have changed their management. I used to come here when it was LOAFT a lot as I had the app Paaced that got me money off and it’s near to my uni on the strand. They sold ceramics and while yeah service was slow the drinks were very good and the decor was nicer. Enjoyed coming here. I think they’ve changed drinks recipes (matcha, milk, ratios, ect) and I’m not a fan unfortunately. I just payed £6 SIX pounds for a weak and actually unpleasant iced matcha latte with almond milk. I didn’t want any syrups and thank god because the almond milk was sooooooo sweetened. Tasted 0 matcha. I’d recommend they switch rude health almond milk. Richer and better imo. They are also no longer participating in the Paace app promo but haven’t removed themselves from said app. I spent my points to no avail. Need to sort this. Decor is now bland and slightly eerie. WiFi isn’t obvious anymore and I had to get it twice from a member of staff with a convoluted name and password. I’d suggest changing both of these to something to do with the shop.

The coffee was good, but it was the peanut butter cookie that truly stole our hearts. However, one thing that made me feel a bit self-conscious was the note on each table stating that there was a 90-minute limit for each stay. While we didn’t intend to stay longer than that, seeing the note made me feel unwelcome and added an uncomfortable pressure to keep track of time. I completely understand the reason behind the policy, but it left me feeling...
