This nail salon operates like a basic £10 nail shop.. shocking!!.. non existent customer service or care.. staff are unwelcoming and rude! I visited this nail salon in Covent Garden recently , I am extremely disappointed… there emphasis is solely based on there embellished instagram rather than real life salon face to face customer service, which is extremely lacking in this nail shop.. the elderly women cut my cuticle without paying attention.. my finger was bleeding and is now sore.. I had to tell her you cut me, my finger is bleeding and then she decided to tell me it’s ok!!.. wow! She continued to apply polish very slap dash messy application. A other nail person took over..it got worse!!.. the young guy was rushing again no communication just silent.. not even a hello.. I was made to feel very uncomfortable.. I explained to the nail tech I am not satisfied with my nails in general the whole experience..£44 for cutting my finger, making my finger bleed.. now left with a open cut.. untidy polish application.. this place operates solely on how many people hands they can do rather than providing a high quality nail service and experience. Don’t be fooled by the salon decor.. the salon staff are not friendly, nails are rushed they just want your money!!.. I could have visited my local nail shop.. which in fact offer good customer service, approachable and polite.. I certainly haven’t had my fingers half butchered any where else before, don’t be fooled by there Instagram account. Real life experience at this nail salon is a appalling!! I opted to pay with my card, the young guy asked for cash instead, which I did not have cash with me..he then demanded I leave my personal belongings in the salon, to then walk around to find a cash machine.. he asked for my house keys which was weird and extremely inappropriate in front of other customers causing a scene to some what humiliate me.. I walked 10 mins to find a cash machine, I had paid the £44 which I was still in shock as to how I have been treated by the staff at this nail shop.. I felt some how discriminated..I would not recommend this nail place.. absolutely awful, disgusting attitude. Customer service and care is priority this is what builds a brand and business.. not socials! The worst nail salon I have...

After your response to my original review, I feel the need to clarify my experience publicly, especially as more people have since reached out to share similar concerns.

When I visited your salon, I clearly requested the express pedicure, priced at £34, as I needed to be home before 6pm to collect my baby from nursery. I assumed this had been communicated to the technician. At no point was I told I was receiving the deluxe pedicure for £50. ❌❌

I remained polite during the service, but that does not mean I knowingly agreed to a more expensive treatment like many clients, I trusted your team to provide the service I asked for. Being told at checkout that I owed more than expected with no explanation in advance was extremely frustrating, especially when I was on a tight schedule. The delay meant I was late collecting my child and had to pay a £30 nursery late fee, in addition to being charged £15 more than expected. In total, I was £45 out of pocket.❌❌

Your public response to my review, including referring to me by my full name when it’s clearly disclosed means you took it upon yourself to find out my personal details and then suggesting I didn’t want to pay, came across as unnecessarily and degrading especially considering I did pay the full amount.❌❌

Since leaving my review, I’ve heard from several others who’ve had similar experiences with pricing, checkout practices, cuts and infections at your salon. While I can only speak to my own experience, the volume of messages I’ve received has only confirmed that this wasn’t an isolated situation.❌❌

The place looks really good, good location perfect for a quick manicure if you like. But my experience was not that good. I decided to go in to try it out, I didn't have a reservation and it was super fast until someone was available to do my acrylic nails, I showed a picture of what I wanted, first the gentleman told me that only with powder, which I didn't want until the other Mr. says I just had to ask for gel nail polish that had the color I wanted, so far so good. The gentleman starts doing my nails, he scowls when I ask for shorter ones, he filed my skin more than my nails (I have blood on my fingers from so much he filed) the cuticles the same aggressive when removing the cuticles and pulling them back, then he tells me that he doesn't have the color and that he had already warned me at the beginning but I didn't decide to listen was what he said, however I was checking another colour that I liked and he starts using a color that I didn't ask for, I tried to say that I didn't like it but he decided to continue painting with that color , I simply ignored the fact that it was not the colour that I choose, in the end my nails were thick and flat, everything was done badly, it seemed to have been done by an amateur. The price doesn’t match the quality. I will never go...
