Randal provided truly beautiful flowers for our wedding on the 4th of October and I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for wedding (or any other) flowers.

We were not exactly sure what flowers we wanted for our wedding, but had a budget and the idea that (being Australian but getting married in London) we wanted some Australian flora built into the arrangements. We also really wanted arrangements that were quite large, but low so everyone on each table could see all the other guests on the table. In addition, I already had a dried Australian bouquet but wanted Randal to provide button holes that would tie in with the bouquet design.

Randal took all of these requests and provided absolutly beautiful floral arrangements and button holes within our budget and ticking all of our requirements. All were delivered to the venue and then the vases were collected from the venue the following day, without us having to lift a finger. We could not have been happier when we arrived at the venue after our wedding ceremony to such beautiful additions to the wedding tables. I used to love this flower shop because my husband always bought me beautiful bouquets from here. But in the last three visits, the quality has gone downhill completely. The flowers are dry, wilted, and barely last a day before looking awful. For the price, I expect fresh, vibrant flowers—not something that looks like it was sitting out for weeks. It’s so disappointing because we were loyal customers, but after three terrible bouquets in a row, we won’t be coming back. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about quality! It was my first visit today and I will certainly be going back. It was one of the most wonderful experiences, where the florist helped pick all the right flowers based on how I described the person I was buying for. He did the assembly in front of me and was extremely knowledgeable on all the flowers as well as extremely generous in my opinion with the size for the money. I was stopped twice on the way home to ask where I’d get them from and even gave one person directions so they could go straight there.
