Relish - The Sandwich Bar — Restaurant in London

When I started working in the area of Pimlico, I knew within my first week that I needed to try this yummy looking place. I was not disappointed after having been swiftly recommended the "Relish Club Sandwich" and I made plans to visit this place on my "treat days" (these occur invariably). TIP: order the club sandwich but request to have the red cabbage slaw instead of the standard coleslaw, this was a gamechanger for me. Also focaccia bread is a winner in my ring. Having enjoyed their food so much myself, I thought, why keep this to myself? I decided that I could use my status as a regular customer to engage with the staff and arrange for sandwich deliveries for my various work events at work. As with everything, I had to initially figure out certain logistics and what orders worked best for my events and situations. But six months later we now have a great working relationship and the team have been very accommodating with taking on my various orders. I am also greeted as "friend" and "buddy" which is another great sign of a working relationship. Excellent traditional sandwich shop. All the sandwiches are freshly made to order. We really enjoyed our avocado bacon in a bap and the smoked salmon cream cheese bagel. The ingredients were fresh and you can ask for the sandwich to be made exactly how you like it and with whatever ingredients you want; there are lots of options available. The coffee was also excellent, we tried both the ice latte and double espresso. The service was quick and the price was very fair. There are some seats indoors as well.
