Fresh Bazaar — Local services in London

I bought 2 big Chinese leaves at 9pm and got home, i cut one, then found out it was bad inside, the leaves turned black. I returned the next morning then those guys said they don’t know inside was black as they cannot check inside.. Obviously they were not gonna give me a new one or refund the money. I asked why? Then they start ed to say oh don’t have to raise your voice and stuff. Then they said I was a rude customer as I trying to tell them their vegetables were bad inside!

I never gonna go back there again as I may have to return lots of bad vegetables!!!

Today I went to the shop and the manager was so rude and impolite and I took a item. It was very poor quality and he did not give me any exchange to take something else . Very rude, illiterate, unfriendly, unprofessional staff. Owner is fantastic but he should teach them how to talk politely with customers. They always talk in their native language while they serve customers.they don't like you if you spend less . One of the worker (with bit red beard-, spot in the face -- ) only knows single english word with F , his behaviour like a real illiterate cow boy .
