Very rude Lady, very abrupt, luck in customer service and good manners. The food is very poor quality. I ordered vegetarian dumplings and she gave me the meaty ones, I've tried them and that was meat, She said bought them in Holland & Barrett, also a customer waiting there tried one of them and said it was meat. The other day I've ordered soft noodles with vegetables and I had a surprise when opened the container aat home it was rise. I went a few times as it is local and I am a lqzy cook, given the place ine chance after the other, when I ask for cuttlery she is stingy and shouts at me saying I shoul recicle. Also for a long time until I complained she was giving me 4 spring rolls from the order instead of 5. The food is appoling and the Lady is very savage, rude and bad mannered I never going back there and plus I will arrange for the health inspectors to visit the place. They really took the piss out of my goid nature and treated very poorly when I went there and also lied. Very friendly, helpful staff. Crispy pork belly very nice. Unlike some, they use genuine chicken not "textured meat" and consequently there is much more flavour. They have some dim sum items - like Sui Mai. But, mainly all the favourites;- crispy duck, sweet n sour, rice noodles etc.
