2 Rude men that talk to young girls very rude pointing in my face after I politely told him he got my order wrong whilst he had both of his earbuds in his ears got he the owner over telling me he can’t give me a refund or my money back he said “we don’t give money back here” DO NOT GO also not the first time they’ve got our order wrong about 1/2 weeks ago my mum went in and ordered around £20 of food got the order wrong and over charged my mum but she said it’s fine keep the extra but please next time get the order right and when the owner saw me and my mum come in today he rushed over to the man taking our order and said make sure you get the order right this time and he still denied everything he said when I came back to ask to get my original order and they refused to even make me my original order several times and whilst this is happening the owner is going back and fourth from the kitchen to the front eating chips licking his fingers opening fridges making peoples food very poor hygiene, no gloves no washing the hands yuck. VERY VERY RUDE...

Have ordered here for a while with no problems. However last week, I ordered as usual, polite delivery guy came with pizzas but had inadequate change so tipped him generously - all together bill £30. Then discovered instead of two extra large pizzas, I got two large. Called up to explain what had happened. Phone was picked up by a someone who then passed me onto the man who took order. Explained the blunder and that I had paid for two extra large and tipped well and used them quite a few times and happily. His phone manner was appalling, he refused to pick up and replace order knowing that they had received £30 from me. To add insult to injury the pizzas were horrid! Will never use again. Enjoy the chub change. Only got a 1 star rating to make this post. ps - this is the 2nd post. for some reason the 1st never went up - I wonder how many complaints they have...

Nice staff food amazing most reliable pizza shop in the area.

Could not be the opposite they are rude arrogant and ignorant. I phoned up to be told no collection when they are supposed to be open until 1pm.

I said I would go round to see if it was they had the shutter part down and I phoned to be told they were still to busy but they had two orders as you can see the delivery receipts up on the side so they were not busy when I said I would report them they were still very rude I was not happy but to be spoken like that when they are not even busy but they are still taking delivery orders how does that even make sense.

Avoid this dreadful place and only go there if you want to be insulted and not get what they...
