After surviving the surprisingly rude, disappointing selection and chaotic Selfridges, Harrods was architecturally stunning inside and out and a much needed clean, calm, and dignified experience. Selfridges: in the small lingerie department I had several items in my hands to try on and I was struggling to move items on the racks. Two applications of shampoo, a head massage, a nourishing treatment and a great style. I decided to return another day when I had more time, which I did, looking in the lingerie shop for what I originally went to Selfridges for. And they had the item, went in the back to get me a new one and checked me out with smiles! The only complaint is they need better signage, but everyone was very kind about giving directions to the stairs, elevators,...
