Read moreMe and my wife pulled up to Al Arez on 20/07/2025, thinking we’d have a nice dinner, chicken stew with rice, a mango shake, and a grape juice. Instead, we got hit with one of the most disgusting dining experiences ever.
Food comes out, and boom is there’s a fly literally crawling around in the stew. Not joking. We called the server over, he apologized and took it back. Cool, mistakes happen, right? But then… nothing. No update, no replacement, just awkward silence. So I go downstairs to check in.
That’s when it got worse.
The guy in charge? Straight up rude. He had the audacity to tell me it was black pepper (like I’ve never seen a fly before?) and then had the nerve to say he’d give me a million bucks if I could find a fly in his dish. Like bro… seriously?
The whole vibe turned hostile. No apology, no accountability. Just pure gaslighting and arrogance.

If you care about clean food, basic respect, or not being talked down to, skip this place. They clearly don’t care about hygiene or customers, just the cash.
Never setting foot in there...
