I had been going to HN Nails Spa for a while and the staff were always nice and my nails were good. However, things went down hill after some time. For several months I started having issues with my manicures, usually a nail (or two) would either chip or a nail extension would fall off shortly after a service (and this started happening at least 80% of the time, which I have photos of to support). The salon took ownership of this every time and made time for me to pop in for a repair, but this took a lot of time out of my busy schedule and was not something I expected for the price I was paying. I kept going back anyway but drew a line when (an unnamed staff member) began to lose control of her emotions. One time my phone dropped onto the ground loudly and I had a natural reaction to pick it up. The technician began yelling at me in front of several customers saying that I caused her to lose count of how long a solution was on my nails and that I completely ruined everything (everything actually turned out fine though). Another client looked at me in shock because of the technician yelling at me. This was absolutely uncalled for on the technician's part and no apology was given for this behavior. Despite this, I was going to give them another shot, but they will only take cash and will cancel your Treatwell booking to force you to pay cash. I don't carry cash and it is too complicated and inconvenient for me to go to an ATM, and I'm certainly not doing this for staff who yell and degrade me. I've since found a new salon that is very respectful and kind. It's really unfortunate things turned out this way. My only advice to HN Nails would be to treat all people with kindness and respect. Value your regular clients. I do wish HN Nails staff all the best. (PS- Amy always did a nice job fixing my nails and she as incredibly kind. I recommend her if you decide to go to HN Nails anyway).

Firstly, I had booked for a time and they took me over 15 mins late and then didn’t even seat me at a proper table.
Secondly, I didn’t get the water I asked for.
Thirdly and most importantly, the shellac manicure was one of the worst I’ve received- the woman kept having to redo as it has bubbles in it and she didn’t completely redo it so it was a half hearted job. She also has left gel all over my cuticles. It took nearly twice as long as it normally does and felt chaotic and just bad.
