Today’s brunch at @ladolcelondon was an absolute delight! From the warm welcome to the stunning interior, every detail made it feel like a space curated for both comfort and aesthetics. 🥹🥹🥹

The coffee? Rich, full-bodied perfection. The food? Simply delicious. I’m a sucker for beautiful presentation, and the gold accents paired with thoughtful plating totally won me over. 🥰🥰🥰

The Lotus cheesecake is a dream—decadent and totally worth the indulgence. We also had the Salmon Royale with perfectly poached eggs on avocado-covered sourdough, and the egg, spinach & cheese ciabatta—a surprisingly perfect flavor combo. 🤤🤤🤤

Excellent breakfast and very kind customer service, except for the boss (I guess) in the kitchen, very rude to his two waiters. So here is a message for him: First of all, all your clients can hear you shouting in the kitchen; and second, your very kind waiters do not deserve your bad manners. I understand you wanted your client to be served, they were handling all the clients correctly and with care, and even if they were not, being the boss does not allow you to offend anyone working for you. I guess you were just overwhelmed by all the clients arriving at the same time, but the only moment ruining the customer experience was you not behaving as a real boss. Take a minute to apologise to them and I'll cancel my post :)
