I knew something was off the moment it showed up at my door within 20 minutes. Thatâs not a brag â thatâs a red flag. You canât even bake a proper pizza in that time, let alone prepare a full order fresh. And guess what? I was right.
Let me break it down â this wasnât food. It was an insult.
The pizza arrived misshapen, undercooked, and just... wet dough. It felt like someone dumped raw ingredients onto it and shoved it into an oven for a few minutes, then panicked and pulled it out early.
The cheesy garlic strips? More like dry, chewy bread with maybe a brush of garlic and the memory of cheese. Zero stretch, zero flavour. Just a pale, dry fraud.
The Doritos Cheesy Nachos were a joke. A burnt, crunchy mess around the edges with some limp crisps in the middle. No cheese drizzle, no melted goodness, just... sadness in a tray.
This isnât just poor cooking â this is Pizza Hut being exploited. This location is blatantly abusing the brand name to push out cheap, low-quality food that looks NOTHING like the photos and tastes even worse. There is no pride, no care, and clearly no oversight here. Theyâre banking on the fact that people trust the Pizza Hut logo. Donât fall for it.
I get it. You want your weekend treat, maybe some comfort food. You think âah, Pizza Hut â canât go wrong.â But let me warn you with everything Iâve got: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. đ« Not for collection. đ« Not for delivery. đ« Not even if youâre starving and it's the only place open.
There are plenty of other Pizza Hut branches nearby that do care and deliver decent food. Go to them instead. This place? This place is a scam in a red box. Donât waste your money, donât waste your time, and donât risk your appetite on whatever disgraceful mess theyâre pushing out the kitchen door.

   Read moreThis is the third time I have had an issue with this Branch, On each occasion I have had an issue with delivery, the delivery delay on each occasion was approximately 60 minutes. However yesterday was when I ordered there was an issue with the Delivery, Customer Service and the actual Pizza itself? I had placed the order online, and I called the store to ensure my order had been placed! I had asked if he could please make sure that the BBQ dips are sent, as I once had an issue where no sauce came. He informed my there was no BBQ dips left, which I can accept and understand, so I asked him for an alternative Garlic Dips, he was very rude and abrupt on the phone, however I just ignored this at the time.... 50 minutes later my Pizza still hadn't rived, I called the store and spoke to a young lady and she informed me there were severe delays with the driver, which always seems to be the case when I order from here! Clearly more staff needed....... 1:15 minutes later the delivery man turned up and was the most unhelpful delivery man ever! He opened the bag, and made me take out the boxes, he could see I was struggling but didnât even bother helping... After he left I saw the condition of the actual pizza box, The box was wet firstly, and damaged at all ends. The pizza was cold it was just horrendous, they also gave me only 1 sauce and the wrong sauce!!!!!! I called up to complain and asked for a manager, whilst I was complaining, he said I have to put you on hold the pizza's are burning! I work in a hospitality industry and cannot work out how this is acceptable? I was on hold for over 25 minutes ( I have screen shots too if you require) I called back and spoke to the young lady, she hung up on me, at this point I was furious, I kept on calling they either didn't answer, or just were sooo sooo rude! Where should I start. Staff rude and quite clearly more interested in talking between themselves as opposed to doing their job and taking your order. Constant mistakes with orders, time after time after time. I little bit of cheese is an easy instruction to follow. Kitchen; never follow order instructions. When less cheese and sauce is requested I don't expect extra. Single sweetcorn on a pizza means 2 tins of the stuff covering every inch of the pizza. Management. Now this is a total joke, management the manager here couldn't manage a piss up in a brewery. Complete lack of manners and totally inappropriate manner dealing with complaining customers. I was told I was no longer welcome as a customer for complaining, i'm sure head office will love to hear of this and they will. Bearing in mind I am, sorry was a regular customer that normally spends over 100 at this branch a week I find it appealing a company as big as pizza hut thinks its ok to treat customers like this According to the so called manager he has held the position for 11 years which i find very had to believe as I will certainly be never ordering from here ever again.
