Decent place to eat in. However, I DO NOT recommend ordering food to take away. For some reason or another, I was made to wait 30 min for 2 servings of curly fries to take away (for which I ended up getting a refund eventually rather than continue to wait) which was fair enough since it was busy. However, they were first serving food to all those who were eating in and then finally serving food to those waiting to get a takeaway. There was someone who was made to wait an hour for his food to takeaway. I haven't personally worked in F&B before, but I'm sure common sense tells you that people getting a takeaway want to leave quickly. It doesn't make sense to serve the people waiting for takeaways later on, let alone AFTER those eating in (who were behind in the queue). Definitely in need of some Gordon Ramsay Kitchen Nightmares makeover.

A rather mixed bag for students. On one hand, there are bars downstairs and student staff on-site are usually kind and helpful. On the other hand, most times people in charge of union tasks are almost always on leave or not available, leaving many student union requests delayed for weeks on end.

Decent food and beer at an affordable price. Both the interior and the exterior, as part of the Beit Quad where students live and some university societies gather, is quite lively and gives off a really good vibe.
