I went to a Jo Malone store for the first time today - twice! I was helped by Carly. If this is the Jo Malone ethos, then fantastic: professional, knowledgeable, non-pushy, attentive and above all, wants what's best for the customer. I left without purchasing as there was so much choice - and this was under the advice of Carly too. Slightly disappointed not to treat myself today but also relieved that I didn't impulse buy and regret. The scents are divine. I will 100% be buying in the near future. Thankyou Carly for...

Took my cousin to the Royal Exchange Jo Malone for the ‘scent your wedding’ experience. We had the most amazing time with Sue who poured the bubbly and took her time to find scent combinations we both loved (I’m also getting married) and clearly knew her stuff! What an absolute joy to shop at Jo Malone! Was greeted by Ross who was extremely welcoming and professional. Ross actively listened to what I wanted and also was very patient as I could not remember the scent I wanted ( which I then eventually remembered) .
