I've always bought food from quite regularly until 3 months ago when after making a purchase and updating my purchase on the Itsu app the app failed to update itself with my extra stamp in the form of a credit. The staff at the time advised me to contact the customer service team. I did email the customer service team, PR team and all the other teams on the same day explaining what happened. Till today I haven't received a reply back from any of the Senior customer service staff at Itsu with an explanation, apology for being inconvenienced in not getting compensated with a stamp on my App's profile. Considering that I'm a regular customer I found Itsu's non-response indifferent and lacking class as they failed in fulfilling their obligations in meeting their agreement with their customer. Read moreI love this itsu for its location and views, however, today (Fri 26th Sep) I had more reason to like it then usual. The lovely Priyanka was kind enough to strike up a non-invasive, very helpful conversation about my lovely vegan gyoza miso soup lunch, and asked if I had used my reward code. I admitted I haven’t yet got to grips with it and she kindly talked me through how I am able to get rewards, snacks and money off itsu’s lovely vegan range using the qr code in the app. I thanked her and her kindness and helpfulness- it really made my day. However, if all of them had a person working there like Priyanka, it would be make the experience even more amazing. She engaged in conversation with me, was interested and interesting, and even offered me a free miso soup on a cold Autumn day (after asking me why I haven't downloaded the Itsu app yet, even though I'm there a LOT)!
