I most probably made a small mistake with my selection of cologne from this small but sweet cosmetics shop. Situated in the far south corner of Waterloo station. I was very impressed with their efficient use of such a small space. Every surface, nook and cranny was full of something with their products on. Usually in a black container with white writing on a black label. Very much a white chalk and blackboard effect. One window display was of brightly coloured boxed sets resembling gifts or birthday presents. The cashier was busy with another customer so I quickly chose a sweet smelling cologne which I tested on my hand. Hmmm raspberries I assumed. Maybe cinnamon quite possibly cloves. I later thought. The small glass bottle was labelled 'Lust'. Had I thought about it at the time I would have said something, maybe about their men's range of Colognes. Which I knew were stronger and more durable. Maybe a small bottle of Guardian of the forest or something else in that more...
Read moreNicest group of women that work here, at least the 3 I interacted with! I love this store because it's so little it doesn't feel really overwhelming trying to find what you're looking for, but I bet it can become really chaotic at busier times. The staff were super helpful, fun and friendly. They helped me out with a couple of free samples to try their Magik Shower Gel as I find the oil bar really helpful for body pains. Smells absolutely gorgeous. Will definitely be back at this store when I'm back in London again, and I've now officially been to the world's biggest Lush (Liverpool) and the world's smallest Lush (Waterloo)!
Please make blackcurrant a permanent smell! The Comforter used to come in bath bomb form until it was randomly stopped, and the Diamond Minecraft bath bomb is bergamot and blackcurrant which smells almost the same but slightly less sweet. They're my favourites and the shower gels and bubble bars just...
Read moreI visited this store to sample an item I'd had my eye on and considered purchasing when payday comes, and was met with the sweetest employee ever named Ines, who was not only super cool and friendly to talk to, but also incredibly helpful in advising me and providing me with information so that I could make an informed decision when the buying time comes. She even helped me decide on another product I had been mulling over. Essentially, she sealed the deal on my next two Lush purchases, and I'm not at all worried that the products won't be suitable for me as she was very knowledgeable on all the products and the ingredients in them, as well as how they could or wouldn't be beneficial for me or aid me with my skin/hair concerns, so the experience I had was very much tailored for me. Overall, left the store with a big stupid smile on my face after having a nice and...
