Visited Popeyes recently and was genuinely impressed with the service from start to finish. The team handled the busy period really well—everything was running smoothly, orders were coming out quickly, and the staff were staying on top of things without seeming rushed or stressed.

Everyone I interacted with was polite and professional, but I want to specifically mention Ashish. He went out of his way to make sure everything was spot-on with my order, double-checked the details without me having to ask, and made the whole experience feel that bit more personal. It’s rare to see that level of care in fast food, and it definitely stood out.

Food was fresh, well-prepared, and packed properly—no issues there. The branch was clean, including the dining area and service counter, which adds to the overall impression that the team actually cares about their work.

Great service, very attentive. Informed me swiftly that the Cajun rice would take 5 minutes to prepare and if that was a problem, which it wasn’t. I have only recently been discharged from hospital with Throat problems following on from receiving Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy treatment, and in turn swallowing food easily can be a trial at times. The Cajun mash and gravy with Cajun rice was perfect, cooked well and not scolding hot rendering it uneatable for a few minutes, as can often be the case. Looking forward to being able to expand to trying more of the menu soon. Tables cleared quickly, and everything immaculately clean.
