M&S Foodhall — Local services in London

I am a local resident, have been using this store on a regular basis. But this is about to change after my recent experience. Couple of days ago I had the most disturbing experience in the shop. While I was just finishing paying for my shoping I was approached from behind by one very disrespectful male customer who forcefully moved my full shoping bag to the next self-service till and slapped my hand so forcefully that my mobile phone flew away, with no reason whatsoever. I need to mention that the tills on both sides were free and he could use them. It felt like I was targeted on purpose. I am just recovering from the chemo-therapy and this was the last thing I needed. The m&s Staff were totally unhelpful, when I requested help they kept saying that I let it go, even discouraging me to call the police. Totally unprofessional and not helpful. The place is unfriendly, the people who work here are small-minded + petty. I would not hv gone there by choice. I only went there tonight because I had to+it was NOT an enjoyable experience. I would not recommend this M&S to anyone.There are other supermarkets near here a short walk away, ie Waitrose + Sainsbury's. The last time I came to this M&S it was the same unpleasant experience.I walked away buying absolutely nothing + promised myself that I wouldn't go there again. I hv made a grave mistake by going there tonight. Really upset about the rude and accusatory attitude of one employee. Paid for my items and I was just putting them in my bag when he approached me asking if I paid for everything. Another employee had to come and get the receipt and even after showing him that all the items were paid (literally 2 things so not that difficult), he was still asking if I paid for one of them that I had already put in my bag.
