HungryPanda Ltd — Restaurant in London

Appalling services. I ordered 4 items, but only got 2 of them. Instead of making a new order for me like other delivery services would do, HungryPanda spent hours to 'investigate' this problem and asked me to wait for their result patiently. What a joke! I would recommend to use HungryPanda only if the restaurants are not available on any other delivery platforms. I gave it 2 stars because they occasionally provide good service if you're lucky, but I would still recommend you to avoid using HungryPanda if possible.

Update: Today I found out another appalling thing about HungryPanda, everyone should be aware of this issue. When I randomly checked my credit card statement today, I found out HungryPanda charged me twice for one order I placed one month ago. I raised this issue with them; and they promised to refund within 7 working days. I avoided losing 60 quid today, but who knows if it is the first time they make this kind of mistake, so do check your bank statement to make sure you're not overcharged by this company. Our experience with this service has been mixed, but ultimately can't be given any more than 1-star because of how rude the drivers have been, for the most part. Out of 3 times, twice we were told by the driver that they refuse to come into the building. On our most recent delivery, not only did the driver leave the package out in the rain but also had the audacity to come back and ring our doorbell to tell us off for complaining. They literally manipulated the intercom "negotiation" where they said they'd leave it inside yet left it in the rain. We pay for delivery to get our items delivered fully, not partway. We almost never have this issue with our groceries and Amazon and there is no stipulation on HungryPanda's website that drivers aren't obligated to come into the building. We're done with...

i’ve used hungrypanda platform since two year ago, from few restaurant to most of restaurant in my city have joined. day by day , i can choose different restaurant which fit my taste and save my stomach . i’ve never getting board of dishes, as it always update with the latest and seasonal dishes. the exciting part have to be the discount , follow with different events i can get different type of discount, instead of ‘money’ sometimes it’s a free dish which can make my meals become perfect.
