Reiss — Local services in London

I can never usually be bothered to post reviews but just felt inclined. I have been to this shop 3 times, twice for click and collect and once to purchase. I think the hiring policy here was style over substance, looks over capability. The staff are despondent, disrespectful and disinterested. Each time I have waiting around 10 minutes to be served in a shop that looks grossly overstaffed. Then on top of that when you do get served it’s like the staff have a personality compex and don’t quite grasp the concept of customer service. I came to the store today for collection of my online order. Waiting at the counter to be served while there are two sales (one male SA was bald and with glasses on him) standing right next to me but not asking if I need any help. I was totally ignored. A lady with blond hair came and ask me if anyone is helping me and I politely told her that I am here for a collection and not being served yet. She then laughed loudly with the bold SA who ignored me and asked him to come and help me. Totally rude and disrespectful. No apologies at all from the bold SA. Never make a comment about staff attitude but this one really pissed me off... I asked a staff member working there what the price of a sweater on sale was, as the writing was illegible. Instead of coming over, as he was arranging another rack, he just said "What price would you like it to be?" in a very smug manner, finally coming over to check the price after I told him "Excuse me?". Then as I walked away to check other items he proceeded to rhetorically blurt "Today's your last chance to get it" and then walked off....
