Thames Boat Hire — Local services in London

My fiancé and I held our engagement drinks on one of the boats from the Thames Boat Hire. We booked the boat 4/5 months in advance. I was liaising with Amanda from the Thames Boat Hire. Amanda was extremely helpful and super friendly. She noted all my ideas and enquires down and did her very best to make sure all those were met for the big day. And they most definitely were! Amanda was patient and responded quick to enquires. I cannot thank her and her team enough for making it all happen. Our family and friends had the best night, and I know this night will be a memorable one for all of them!

The boat exceeded our expectations. As we hadn’t seen the boat/venue before hand, we were worried how 100 people would fit even though the capacity was more than that. However it ended up being much bigger than what we expected and there was so much space! The boat exceptionally clean and well maintained.

I would also like to add that the staff were amazing! They were so professional and extremely friendly. They went above and beyond, and the timings were spot on!

We hired the Thames Voyager for a wedding celebration in June 2024. The booking process was smooth and straightforward with clear and regular communication. Our experience on the night was fantastic and the team were wonderful - they even worked out the timings to surprise us with a view of Tower Bridge lifting. My particular thanks goes to Amanda Turner who managed our booking and was hugely responsive and helpful throughout the process.

Gemma and the team made our post-wedding trip from Chelsea Registry office (via Cadogan Pier) down the Thames via Tower Bridge and back to Festival Pier unforgettable. The boat crew were fantastic - so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Our guests loved the trip down the Thames and we have so many fantastic photographs from that day.
