Iāve been a member of Third Space for over two years, consistently paying a premium monthly fee for what I had hoped would be a seamless and supportive experience. Unfortunately, my recent interaction with the membership team has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, enough to finally leave this review.
Due to work travel, Iāve had my membership on freeze for a few months. Ahead of August, I attempted to freeze it again using the app, but it wouldnāt let me complete the process. I reached out to the team via call to flag the issue, but my concerns were either missed or ignored, and Iāve been charged the full monthly fee for when I couldnāt use the gym.
They eventually applied the freeze from 12 August to 12 September, I still lost those 12 days at the start of August. Despite this, the team continues to maintain that I "havenāt lost out on any money" - a frustrating response that completely overlooks the fact that I paid for access during a time I couldnāt use the facilities due to circumstances I tried to address in advance.
Despite my efforts to resolve this, I was met with a rigid response and a complete unwillingness to acknowledge the app malfunction or make any kind of goodwill gesture. I find it unacceptable that a premium gym, which markets itself on service and experience, would show so little flexibility or care for long-standing members. The āsubscriptionā justification I was given feels like a way to dodge responsibility for technical failures and poor communication. Simply pointing members to T&Cs when a genuine issue arises isn't good customer service.
I no longer feel valued as a member, and this incident has cast a shadow over what was once a positive relationship with Third Space. I hope management reconsiders how they handle these situations going forward, because for the price weāre paying, the service should...

Iād like to take a moment to express my gratitude and appreciation for Hannah Ross from Third Space City. Before meeting Hannah, I had been going to the gym five days a week for about three months, lifting weights and doing cardio. I believed I was eating well, but despite my efforts, I wasnāt making any progressāif anything, I was going backwards.
I was on the verge of giving up when, by sheer luck, Hannah announced she was taking on new clients. Needless to say, I jumped at the opportunity to request her as my PTāand fortunately, she accepted.
The experience has been nothing short of incredible. Hannah designed a five-day programme incorporating both focused and full-body workouts. She has quite literally opened up the entire gym for me, adjusting my workouts each month based on my InBody Scan results.
The Fitness App provides great flexibility, allowing me to tailor my workout schedule as needed. If equipment isnāt available, I can simply skip that exercise and come back to it later. Whatās more, my colleagues have noticed a real boost in my confidence, regardless of which workout Iām doing.
On the nutrition front, Hannah has given me a straightforward yet highly effective meal plan. She fine-tuned it in the first few months, and now itās perfectly suited to my needs. Even my GP is pleased with my progress, as my overall health and lab results have improved significantly.
Hannahās programme has genuinely transformed my life. She holds me accountable, and if I ever slip up or go slightly ārogueā (usually in an attempt to impress my gym crush), she doesnāt hesitate to check in and steer me back on track.
Thank you, Third Space City, and thank...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been member for almost two years now and third space city is the 2nd branch I try out
It is so clean, not crowded. So many classes. Although, instructors will never correct your posture even if you are three people in the class. And The classes are not tailored for beginners.
They offer couple of sessions like PT complementary or lifestyle improvements sessions but all of those are just ads to convince you to have a PT.
My PT was really good and really helped me with my stability issue. But the PT session is around 70-80 pound and if you take one session per week plus the gym fee 210, you will be paying around 500 pound which is insane .
Other gyms if you take regular PT sessions, you will get full access to the gym or at least for X number of days without any fees.
They tells you at the reception that the gym cancellation policy is one month but in reality it can take up to two months.
And for some reason when you cancel the PT, you need to give again one month notice. Seriously why? PTs are usually not fully booked and you donāt book the sessions times in advance. I believe they make everything with a long cancellation policy so that you rethink your decision.
The App that you use to book the classes is full of bugs and sometimes if you sent them an inquiry, it will take a week and not 48 hours as they claim.
In general the gym is good if you know what you are doing but if you are a beginner like me then the PT will be the best for you and having a PT here will make you pay a...
