This would have been zero if possible. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. After several clarifications on the phone of my place being a house # and not a flat #, and that they would have to ring the buzzer not call, they still sent my pizza to the wrong place. This could have been overlooked if they, the driver and in house staff, had shown any remorse or concern whatsoever especially after being told that it was meant for 8 year olds who had been waiting 4 hours for it and their (all staff) obvious challenges with communicating in English. They were extremely rude and even condenseding; asking if I was complaining because I wanted them to give me a pizza! When I asked for a refund, and to speak to a manager, they then weakly offered me a pizza which I rejected (like I would ever eat there again). Then they said the refund would take 7 days.I stood and waited there for 30 minutes for them to "process" my refund. Honestly, the standards of most places we have come to know and love continue to fall because of the calibre of people allowed to work and run...

Bad and rude staff. A lady, her name Indu , as she said was the manager (probably she was lying) after we asked to spoke with the manager, we was speaking for a misunderstanding and she was shouting, she increased her voice with a disrespectful behaviour, she also said if you want take it if you want go, she was the rudest person I have ever seen. After that a guy provoke my brother and my husband, first he said what’s your problem, and then he was laughing with ironic laugh. Expect of these every time we went there we pay different prices, they never give us pizza for free as they say at the wallpaper of Domino’s Pizza. Really rude staff !!!!!! I never had any issues until today. I ordered a pizza for DELIVERY from them online but it never turned up, so I had to call them. The woman wasn't very helpful and repeated the same thing about me supposedly ordering it for collection even though I asked for a delivery. I had to walk all the way there only to pick up a pizza than had been left to go cold on a shelf. I had to reheat it in my oven.

No offer to deliver it to me instead, no apology and poor customer service. It's a shame because my previous experiences were very good, so I have no idea what happened. Must be poor management. This needs to...
