I found a pair of beautiful Moschino sandals online for half price that i wanted to wear for my birthday. I went down to the Knightsbridge branch to purchase them to find out that they did not have them in that branch. The sales assistant informed me that they had them in the Manchester branch, I explained I would beed them the next day as it was my birthday and i wanted to wear then. I was told that i could have an express delivery so that would not be a problem. I ordered them from the Manchester branch and they arrived on the morning of my birthday. I excitedly opened the box to see my beautiful sandals and tried them on to my shock, two different sizes were in the box. I called the Manchester branch and explained what had happened, i received excellent customer service and they were prepared to send me the correct size and even offered me a extra 30% discount fir the inconvenience (excellent recovery on HN part). Unfortunately i never git to wear them on my birthday but the correct shoe arrived this morning with a beautiful note inside apologising. Thank you HN for resolving the matter so...

What I sawl went beyond my belief, the prices here are out of this š People who might come in on a wheelchair even paralized would stand on their feet at the light of speed, those suffering from low blood pressure would get a remedy for this instantly without drinking coffee.
I'm fully aware that this store is designed to those who ' suffer' from an abundance of money ' but get real.

To be honest with you some of these clothes I wouldn't put dogs in but each to their own.
Some clothes I saw are not worth ripping off customers in a very globalist way.
