Really bad student accommodation This accommodation had excellent service with Prime student living. However, unite student took over all the things and this is the worst management that I ever seen. The reception is always closed due to the ‘unforeseen circumstances’ or ‘staff meetings/trainings’. If you are choosing student accommodation, please...please don’t choose this accommodation!!!! The gym room is the worst part. The air quality is really bad. The air conditioner is not working almost all the time.

It's like living in the middle ages. If you'd like to experience living here, go to the Jorvick centre in York and youll know what its like. Hot water disappears at random, lovely. My floor literally has water rising from beneath the laminate flooring in different areas and has created a swamp in my room to which maintainance said "stop showering". The noise isolation is bad. Overpriced accommodation in S3 area, worst living experience in Sheffield. Beneath the superficial decoration, lots of designs were constructed without any consideration of user experience. Open study area was designed close to the game zones. Table tennis table was placed outdoor, and blocked by wood bench. Lack of out of hours security.
