Pizza Hut Express — Restaurant in Acworth

First time experience was horrible. I ordered online and had left them a nice tip (regretfully). I contacted corporate and they took care of my next visit, which ended up being worse than the first visit. The female manager customer service and attitude is very poor. Food was incorrect, wait time was long, and the apology was insincere. I really debated a long time if I would write a review. I truly hope they can get it together. The lone bright spot, the food was good. The experience made it not worth it though....

They got order wrong. I added sausage and they charged me for it but didn’t put it on my pizza. Lady there was very rude. I don’t recommend using the app but instead call in your order. The sauce with breadsticks was cold. I don’t think this older couple liked working there. Wish Pizza Hut would check out this franchise. It’s not up to your standards. Won’t go to this one again. Great biscuits,soft and moist but not fall apart in your hands moist. Lots of meat choices from red hots to bologna. If biscuits arent your thing,they do wraps also. Great food at good prices. They could cut back on the ice in the drinks. Got a large 32 ounce with about 8 ounces of drank and the rest all ice. Fortunately i enjoy eating the crushed...
