The pros: This is a beautiful store and buying here is a whole experience, it is a family-owned and operated company and trust me, you can tell it is not a cold, heartless chain store. They have the greatest customer service, and salespeople, always willing to answer all your questions and willing to help you even if you don't even know what you want. The prices are soooo good, I own several pieces that have stayed beautiful over the years, also every time I visit they offer to clean my old pieces of jewelry for no charge.

I had good experience buying my wife’s ring on here so i bought my wedding band on here. Loved the ring and it’s design. I had lost my ring and bought the exact same ring but cheaper on amazon and I tried to return it to get store credit and there response was since it was special ordered they can’t take the ring back. They should have been more clear about that to begin with. To me it left a sour taste in my mouth and felt cheated. Haven’t been back since. There are cheaper options other places. Do your research before you get hooked...
