CVS deserves zero stars for their utterly deplorable and incompetent service. My doctor called in a 30-day prescription, but I was told it wasn’t eligible until the 18th—32 days out, already two days late. While on vacation, I wasted hours calling, leaving messages, and enduring their maddening back-and-forth. The pharmacist I reached was outrageously rude, put me on hold to “count the days,” and when I politely pressed for an explanation, she got angrier, refused to explain, and hung up. She treated me like a criminal for trying to fill a legitimate prescription, making me feel ashamed for no reason. If they can’t count days properly, how can they be trusted to count prescription medicine accurately? After returning from my trip, I found out the rude pharmacist never processed it. Last night, despite being open, they refused to fill it because they were closing, forcing me to come back. The pharmacist last night promised it would be ready the next morning, but when I returned at 1:00 PM today, they said it wasn’t ready and I’d have to come back at 2:30 PM, wasting yet another trip. While there, I saw another customer who’d been there in the morning and told to return at 1:00, only to be told his prescription wasn’t ready either and to come back after 2:30. Katawanda was utterly unhelpful, offering no solutions or apologies, while the pharmacist wouldn’t even look up or acknowledge me despite clearly hearing the entire conversation. This pharmacy’s staff is an absolute disgrace, treating patients like garbage with zero regard for our time or well-being. Their shameful, callous attitude and blatant incompetence are a slap in the face to customers. They should be utterly ashamed of their despicable service, and I hope karma hits them hard—they deserve to be treated like the trash they make their customers feel like.

I recently visited CVS Pharmacy, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by pharmacist Janice.

Janice went above and beyond to assist me with my inquiries and concerns. Her knowledge and expertise were evident as she patiently addressed all my questions, ensuring that I left with a clear understanding of my medications and how to use them effectively. Not only was she knowledgeable, but her genuine concern for my well-being was palpable, making me feel valued and cared for as a customer.

Moreover, Janice's respectful demeanor and attentive nature left a lasting impression on me. She took the time to listen to my needs and provided personalized recommendations tailored to my health requirements. Her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable.

In addition to Janice's outstanding service, the overall atmosphere at CVS Pharmacy was inviting and well-organized. The store was clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate, contributing to a pleasant shopping experience.

Overall, my experience at CVS Pharmacy, thanks to Janice's exemplary service, was nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone seeking quality care, knowledgeable staff, and exceptional customer service. Kudos to Janice and the entire team at CVS Pharmacy for setting the standard for excellence in...

my son's medication was submitted on friday Sept. 30th we received a text saying it had to be special ordered. I tried calling on Saturday but no one picked up in the pharmacy I was on hold for 32 minutes received another text on Sunday saying medicine is still on special order I called the pharmacy was on hold for 26 minutes literally no answer called again on hold for 18 minutes and just hung up. I gave it till Monday still nothing and decided to try calling again. I called tuesday spoke with a female associate and provided her with my son's info and she was ok looks like it was completed on the 30th I was like why did we receive those text messages saying it's still on order instead of someone catching that error but her response it's ready you can come pick it up not apologizing for that mistake her phone etiquette was short with an attitude. this is where weve always have had our prescriptions filled because it's near our home but when the pharmacy dept associates give you attitude I understand that your job can be stressful but there's no need to speak and...
