I had a terrible experience visiting this location. First the cashier gave me a hard time about wanting to use my Circle K rewards for a drink. The coupon on the app showed that the drink I chose to get was the same as the one pictured on the coupon. Secondly I paid for gas and told the cashier the pump I was on. He even repeated the pump number but put a pump that was all the way at the other end of the pumps. I realized the error when I went to pump my gas and went back into the store. The other cashier told me I needed to hurry to the other pump before someone else pumps my gas. I drive to the other pump and there was already someone else there. I go back into the store and they told me there was nothing they could do even though my card had already been charged for the gas. Fortunately the person who had pulled up to the pump was honest and came in to tell the cashier he pulled up to a pump that already had the prepaid amount and wanted to pay for his gas. For instance, when a man asked for help retrieving a tobacco product, the cashier snapped, "Do you not see we are in the middle of a conversation?" instead of assisting him. On another occasion, while I was using the self-service register, an employee interrupted me, pushing through and responding with attitude when my Circle K rewards app didnāt work. Itās disappointing that convenience store employees donāt prioritize customer service. If they find their jobs unbearable, they should consider other options rather than taking it out on customers, especially in the wake of recent...

The other employee Iāve interacted with have not been this rude or even rude at all. And Iāve never experienced this kind of aggressive rudeness before in my life at a place I was spending money. How are the store associates who arenāt the manager more professional than this wig wearing in insult hurling so...
