After ordering my food, another customer came in, he had been waiting for sometime, asked if anyone was going to assist him, and the mother of the employee that was in the lobby area, butted in and replied that they were really busy. The gentleman made a comment about the employees not even acknowledging him, and the mother of the employee went off at him. Yelling and screaming, and the employee started screaming at the customer in front of everyone that was eating in. Another customer that was sitting across from my friend and I, grabbed his kid and left without eating. The gentleman that had been waiting ended up leaving as well, since the employee and her mother kept yelling at him. As if, that wasn't enough, the mother and the employee argued in front of another customer that had just walked in, as well as in front of my friend and I. The mother insisted that the daughter needed to hurry it up bcuz she was not waiting til 12 midnight. In which, the employee (daughter) replied that she could go, and that she would get a ride from one of her co-workers at the end of her shift. The employee did not stay til her schedule time bcuz the mother told her that she had to go. So, this was the worst experience due to unprofessionalism, unbecoming, tactless and improper behavior to the customer that left. As well as, to customers like my friend and I. Bad business and I didn't feel safe eating w all of...
Read moreI’m on a cross country road trip driving from Wyoming headed down to Florida. I stopped at this Taco Bell location in the evening at a drive-through and was appalled by the horrible service that I received. When I came up to the window, the girl at the window had a mad look . Trying to be polite I asked her how her day was and she just scoffed and rolled her eyes at me. Her follow coworkers had the same annoyed look and one of them even farted while passing in the back and I can see the employees trying to hold laughter. I was so disappointed with this location, as I mentioned before I’m on a cross country road trip so I stopped in over 10 different Taco Bell locations across the country and all of them are respectful excellent customer service and nice but this one was a big exception come to find out when I read the reviews, I see the same crap. Taco Bell you guys need to do something about this particular location give the employees a proper education on Customer Service or get rid of him and start from scratch that type of behavior is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. To be quite honest, I refuse to eat the food they gave me even though I pay for it after seeing this behavior I cannot trust the safety...
Read moreTerrible treatment, terrible staff. I was informed no Mexican pizza shells, so I went back to my vehicle to ask wife what she wanted. She wanted nachos Bell grande.
I go back in, no refried beans.
I order it anyway and ask they add extra toppings for the inconveniences, they did not.
I asked for a gordita crunch. They had no hard shells.
Frustrated at this point I order a tostada and 5 layer burrito. They rang everything up and I got home, tostada was lettuce and sauce, burrito was a waded up ball of cheese and 1 teaspoon meat.
I asked for money back and the manager got defensive and told me it's my responsibility to know what's in the food when I order it. A lot of gall for someone who had to tell her own employee what's in the food. I don't work at taco Bell. That's your job to not sell incomplete items.
No refried beans, no shells, no Mexican pizza, and everytime I asked about another menu item, the cashier had to ask the manager if they had stuff to make it, she said she had tostada items.
If you don't have menu items, write a paper and place visible to people informing them or heck, close your doors till you...
