They were so wonderful when we walked in and were selling us the beds we needed for our new home, but beware the fine print. The exchanges do not include refunds if you go down to a less expensive bed. They neglected to mention this and when we wanted to exchange the mattress (because the less expensive one turned out to be the most comfortable) we had to take an $800.00...
