Alamo Jump — Local services in Alamogordo

Was here for a birthday party and all I could think was how I would never host a party here. I don’t know what protocol is but the atmosphere was dreadful. No ambiance. The walls could use some cheerful paint or characters or something fun. The place is small but it could use some updating. The jumping equipment is good and kids are sure to have fun. Also, the employees seemed uninterested in what was going on and their demeanor showed they would rather be somewhere else.

Again, I was here for a birthday party so I don’t know if it’s different on other days. Either way, the place needs a little more decoration (happiness) and some music or ambiance! And the bathrooms could use some upgrading.

Im not a fake account, before Google I was doing reviews on Yelp, I left that platform a few months ago. I’m honest with my reviews. I gave the owner constructive criticism. The walls could use some paint and there could be better ambiance. I didn’t say your jumping balloons are bad, they’re fine. I also didnt say your place was dirty or anything like that, just that it needed upgrading. The bathroom sink was disgusting when I went on June 25th for a birthday party. I also said it may be different on days that aren’t reserved for birthday parties. But from your lack of professionalism or being able to take criticism as a business owner, I can assure you I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND your establishment to anybody. If I could give a half a star I would we paid 170 dollars for a nasty rude staff the whole place was boiling hot they advertise a complementary bracelet for the birthday child and then say it's not a thing when it's clearly advertised being rushed to leave the girl with a nasty attitude kept reminding us every min it was time to leave not to mention they kept tapping on our shoulder to leave they should not be able to touch customers I would not recommend this place to anyone waste of money last but not least the place is dirty in response to the owners rude response I see where your staff gets the rude ness from I wouldn't visit your nasty filthy pee smelling establishment even if I were paid further more I will be contacting the health department before a child gets sick from the heat or smell how about you tell your staff to clean that filth up instead of harassing customers to leave how's that for a Karen you should be shut down a porta potty smelled better further more don't you mean continue to false advertising and rippy people off I would have been better renting a shack good represtation of an unprofessional business it...

I love the idea of having a place like this available for kids in Alamogordo and my kids have had lots of fun here in the past. Unfortunately, there is a child of one of the workers here who is violent and aggressive towards kids who visit. In November we had a birthday party here and the child in question choked my 5 year old. This week the school had a field trip to Alamo Jump. Sadly, the first thing I heard about when I picked my kids up was not how much fun they had, but how the kid at Alamo Jump punched and hit at least six kids in their class (with objects as well as his hands). This included my son, who got punched in the back - hard! He's still sore and complaining a day later. Anyone choosing to bring your kids here, please be aware and don't leave your kids alone where they may become injured by this violent boy. I left a message and no one has...
