The customer service at this Munchiez was initially amazing, we were greeted with smiles and a smooth check-in process. We purchased Olio solventless, a brand known for their quality and a quality I was willing to pay for at $60.00 a gram. However - upon opening my packaging, I found darker, less quality concentrate than I’m used to with Olio and I felt it wasn’t indicative of the quality I receive from Olio again and again. When I confronted Munchiez about the quality of the rosin I had just purchased, they told me there was nothing they could do. Also kinda seems like some sketchy procurement process, as the packaging was also slightly different than the 100’s of other grams of Olio I’ve consumed. a lot of different strains and varieties of flower to check out. The budtenders are helpful and will let u look🧐 and smell👃🏼whatever available product is out on display menu before purchase. Just telling it like it is, when u think ur done u still have to wait for them to go leave to a back room, behind closed doors, and awkwardly left with nothing but really dry product bottled up in too many plastic bud containers while all that time was being consumed on a overpriced transaction that should've been quick & simple from the begining.
