I'm a little concerned about how this store handles their live animals. I have spent the past month trying to adopt a reptile from here, and none of their employees can get the story straight, I have been told at least five times that the reptiles would be available on a certain date but when that day comes they never have them. And they never have any idea where their shipments are, these are live animals for crying out loud! they should know where they are, they should be tracking their shipments. when I pointed this out to one of the employees she told me they don't get tracking numbers for the shipments, there's no way that's true, any live animal being mailed comes with a tracking number. Either they're clueless or being dishonest, either way not good. These little animals could be literally anywhere and these people would have no clue because they just don't bother tracking them, that's really scary and makes me very uncomfortable that live animals are being treated like that.
Half the employees also have no idea what the requirements are for letting someone take home one of their reptiles. I was told by the manager they have to wait 24 hours after they get them to sell them, then I was told by another employee that isn't true, then I was told by a different employee it was true. A couple of hours prior to the appointment, I was notified that the initial groomer was unable to do it at 1:00 and asked if another groomer can take my dog at 3:00 instead. I agreed. When I arrived the guy told me he would only be able to trim her face, nails and feet with scissors but not her head or body because he was just a Tech in training. It would have been nice if they had told me that when they notified me of the appointment time. When I went to pick up my dog, I was not happy with how she looked. I was charged $64 for the crappy groom. Needless to say, I did not tip.    Read moreSince Friday the 23rd of July I have gone in to buy some dog food. They must have just gotten in an order. Everything was still wrapped in plastic. I noticed they had what I needed. So I asked the associate working when they were going to have the products unwrapped and put out to purchase. He said that either Sunday or Monday. So I went back on Sunday the 26th and everything was still wrapped in plastic in the same place. Gave this associate my name and phone # to call whenever it was unwrapped and ready for sale. Nothing, so I just got back from there and still wrapped in plastic in the same place as Friday. It's now it's 7pm on Monday the 26th. Just wondering if they are lazy or what is going on.
