Waited 10-15 minutes before walking out. Was 2nd in line behind some people who wanted to dispute prices on every item. By this time, a line of an additional 5 or 6 people were behind me. Another worker finally decided to open another register after about 5 minutes, but only checked out the last 2 or 3 people to get in line instead of taking the next in line and then quit ringing people up. Then, the people ahead of me didnt have enough to pay, so the checker then calls for a mgr to come void the transaction and we wait. After a few minutes, she tries calling the mgr again to void the transaction. While the 1 checker called and waited for a manager to void their transaction, workers again opened a 2nd register, this time in cosmetics and yet again, they tell the last people in line they can help them and proceded to help those people that were in the end of line. After 15 minutes and most everyone behind me getting help while the original checker was still waiting for a manager, I put down what I was going to buy and left. First (and second) time ever where Ive seen a checker open a new register and not help the next in line but just tell the people at the end of the line. And unfortunately, this is not the first time Ive ended up walking out because of this. Worst customer service (or lack thereof) ive seen in a long, long time.
PS - Unfortunately, this is not due to being short staffed, as both times, i saw multiple workers just standing around in the film department while others were stocking shelves. This was on 5/28/25...
Read moretruly the worst pharmacy ever. i used to work for walgreens but another location and all of the things they do at this one compared to where i work is just lazy and pathetic. giving away promised medication to someone else after telling you to come back in 20 minutes, not being able to make your waiter medication a priority of the 15-20 minutes fill window, closing early with no warning or care for their customers. at this point just close your doors. edit to add: i stupidly had a few new rx’s sent there today and of course as they do without telling you send it off to the central fill where you have to wait a day, well i call and ask if they can just cancel the central fill and fill it now in store. the lady in the back tells me that she can’t because it means she didnt have enough and thats why it went to central fill. well i was still already on my way for the one that was ready and the kind lady at the window adked if i wanted those filled today and i said i did! she got them filled and was super kind! thank you monika! just crazy the person i talked to when i called wants to sit there and be...
Read moreVery disappointed with this pharmacy. The app and their online system never works as intended. You always end up having to come in person and make multiple trips to resolve issues. The staff has always been friendly to me but the pharmacist (Breanna) has not. Perhaps because of the recent class action lawsuit, they are now afraid to prescribe ANY pain-related medications. The pharmacist refused to refill my full prescription and treated me like I had a drug dependency. She did everything she could to prevent me from receiving much needed (dare I say life saving) medication for my severe migraines. She tried to say it wasn't cover by my insurance (even though it was just the COST that wasn't covered). Then, she tried to say it was out of stock (but it wasn't). Surely, she has never had a severe migraine or she would understand how incredibly debilitating they are. Certainly, there is a problem with drug dependency in this small town (much like any other town) but not everyone abuses their medication.
